A great structure for a presentation is "Three things you need to tell your doctor," or "Five steps to getting a new job".  Sometimes following a speech can be a challenge, unlike a book you can't put a bookmark in a place so you can refer back to it. The audience can get lost. By structuring it around a number the audience always knows where we are. Try using this numbering system for your next presentation.
