Then, Now and How

Team,
A great structure for a speech is Then, Now and How. Start by talking about the situation in the past (Then), followed by how it has improved to Now, and then describe the steps you've taken to get there.
For instance in high school I was painfully shy. Enough so that I was voted "The Quietest" in my Junior Year Yearbook. That is the "Then". Now of course I'm speaking regularly to large groups. That's "Now". And then the bulk of my presentation might center on How. How I overcame shyness, steps that I took and tactics I've used.
