Humor is great in a presentation, just make sure that it fits. Humor should arise naturally from your content, not be pasted on as an afterthought. For instance if your subject is 'taking responsibility' you might talk about a time when you were a kid and you blamed everything on a younger brother. That reference could be funny if constructed properly. It seldom works to just stop your presentation and tell a joke. It needs to be integral to the overall theme and fit into your content.
