End your presentation with a call to action

What is it that you want your audience to do? After all you do have a reason for giving this presentation. Now what? A great way to end most presentations is with a call to action. So your last words aren't good night or great to be here or thanks. Your last words are a direct appeal for them to....take action.

So before you leave this building here's what I want you to do. Take out a piece of paper. Write down numbers one through three on it. Next to each of those numbers write, "I will..." And then write what you will do before we come back together in the Fall.
